All our carers are recruited and trained carefully to the highest possible standards. All staff members are DBS checked to an enhanced level and are fully insured with public liability cover. Our carers always wear a uniform and carry a photographic identification badges with  them for added security and peace of mind.

Badri is the Director of Goodluck care limited. He has proven track record of being a successful entrepreneur. He was awarded ‘ the entrepreneur of the year’ in 2013. He is an experienced professional and oversees the in-house marketing department. Badri works to ensure that Goodluck Care integrate corporate social responsibility within every aspect of business operations. He also plays a key role in making strategic business decisions.

 

Vijay Jambulingam

Director                                                                

Vijay Anand J  is the Director of Goodluck care limited. Holds more than a decade of experience in UK and Europe and is a Seasoned IT Business Practice Manager with exposure to various domain including Healthcare. As Director of Goodluck care limited Vijay looks after the business operations and marketing along with the other director. His knowledge, expertise and adaptable style helps to direct Goodluck Care limited to being a leading provider of expert homecare. Vijay draws on his extensive experience in the health & social care sector to focus on key strategic issues.

                                                                                                                           Registered Manager 

Pugal is the CQC Registered Manager of Goodluck care with over a decade of management experience and this is supported by his Masters degree in Healthcare Management (MBA). He has worked within the Social Care sector for number of years. Pugal also has lectured in health and social care subjects for over 2 years which brings his strong roots in H&S care legislation to Goodluck care limited. He has a proven track record in providing Care Staff and trainings to the Health & Social Care sector.

 Kowshik Jambulingam

Care Manager

Kowshik  is the Care Manager of Goodluck care limited, with over 12 years management experience and this is supported by his MBA in Health care management degree. He also holds a Physiotherapy degree and has been practising Physiotherapy actively. He has worked within the Social Care sector for number of years. With his knowledge and expertise in the health & social care he runs the day to day business activities in seamless efficient way. With excellent people skills, he is very approachable and pleasant to deal with.
